Our Story

Tradition from Napoli, served with heart.

Following a tradition from the 17th century, we bring a little piece of Italy to Darwin.

Every component of our dishes is made by hand and from scratch. Our authentic Neapolitan pizzas are prepared with the highest quality ingredients — San Marzano tomatoes grown on the fertile volcanic soil of Vesuvio, combined with Mozzarella di Bufala and Fior di Latte.

We serve pizza the way it's served in the pizzerias of Napoli: with a leopard-spotted puffy crust, soft and saucy in the centre, best eaten with a knife and fork.
